End User License Agreement (EULA)

Product: Social Circle (the “App”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Social Circle, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Pug Lane, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on supported devices you own or control (including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, and FireOS devices), in accordance with the applicable App Store terms (such as the Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms of Service, or Amazon Appstore Terms of Use).

3. Subscription Tiers and Auto-Renewal

Social Circle offers multiple tiers: Free, Trial, Tier Two, and Tier Three.

Paid tiers are auto-renewable subscriptions that renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the respective App Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Subscription Settings (e.g., Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on Apple devices, or the Subscriptions section of Google Play or Amazon Appstore). Refunds and billing issues are handled by the respective store provider per its policies.

4. Restrictions on Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the App.
• Do not use the App on a jailbroken or rooted device.
• Do not circumvent tier limitations or access controls.

Violations void your license. Pug Lane, LLC is not liable for damages caused by misuse.

5. User-Generated Content

The Company does not curate or moderate content. Content is temporarily retained only for delivery and is intended to be deleted after expiration or removal. We are not liable for delivery failures or residual data.

6. Privacy

Only public keys are stored; no personal data or identifiers are retained. Private keys are never transmitted. No analytics or tracking is used.

7. Law Enforcement Requests

We comply with lawful court orders referencing a public key and notify the user unless legally prohibited.

8. Termination and Refunds

Your license ends automatically if you delete the App or violate these terms. We may remove content or terminate access without notice for breach.

Yearly subscriptions may receive a prorated refund upon termination by the Company. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. If you decline changes, cancel your subscription and cease use.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to Social Circle and its content belong to Pug Lane, LLC. No ownership rights are transferred beyond this license.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUG LANE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations.

14. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Jackson, Mississippi, on an individual basis, with no class actions permitted.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pug Lane, LLC regarding the App and supersedes any prior understandings.
