Information We Collect
Social Circle does not collect any personally identifiable information.
Users are represented only by cryptographic public keys, which cannot be linked to real-world identity.
The app does not request names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location data.
The app does not collect device identifiers, analytics data, or diagnostic logs beyond what Apple automatically provides through the App Store and system crash reporting.
How We Use Data
Public keys are used solely to establish secure communication between contacts.
Temporary content is relayed only for delivery between users and is not permanently stored on our servers.
We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties.
Purchases and Billing
Social Circle subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Pug Lane, LLC does not collect or store any billing, payment, or Apple ID information.
Content and presence data are stored temporarily for delivery and removed automatically once expired or deleted by the sender.
We do not maintain user activity logs or history.
No backups or archives of user content are retained after deletion or expiration.
Law Enforcement
We comply with valid legal requests that identify a specific public key. Because no personal identifiers are stored, this is the only form of identification available. Users will be notified of any such request unless legally prohibited.
Children’s Privacy
Social Circle is intended for adults and for teens with guardian consent. It is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
Your Rights and Contact
You may request clarification or deletion of any cached content associated with your public key by contacting us at
admin@puglane.com. We respond to all privacy-related inquiries within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted at this address with a revised effective date.
